Swedish Massage - 30 Min - $35.00 (30 minutes)
Massage Therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements of superficial layers of muscle.
Swedish Massage - 60 Min - $60.00 (60 minutes)
Massage Therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements of superficial layers of muscle.
Deep Tissue Massage - $75.00 (1 Hour)
Deep Tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The Massage Therapist uses slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep Tissue massage is used for chronically tight problems or recovering from injury.
Prenatal Massage - $60.00 (1 Hour)
Prenatal Massage is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression in expectant mothers. Prenatal Massage can only be given after the first trimester.
Sports Massage - $75.00 (1 Hour)
Sports Massages are designed specifically for people who are involved in physical activity or exercise often. The focus is not on relaxation, but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance. Strokes are generally faster with facilitated stretching to help loosen muscles and increase flexibility.
