REIKI is a holistic system that addresses the whole person - including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of humanness. The human body in a web of energy, and in order to truly return to health and inner peace, all levels of our being must be addressed.

Physical:

Strengthen the immune system. Balances functions of glands and organs by opening blocked  energy channels.

Reduce stress, promotes relaxation and strengthens the immune system.
